nekoanomaly says: if your using linux download the LAMP package of your using windows download WAMP both of these have all the neccessary files to start you a server Which includes Apache PHP and MYSQL
PHP MY ADmin will be preinstalled with these packages and everything is ready to run.

I’ve learned Python, Html, Css, Java, a little Php. I’ve learned how to install operating systems etc…. all on my own 
I know none of you give a crap but it’s weird how you can learn so much in 3 years.
