4:11… you see how when you click the play button on the sample, it only plays for as long as the mouse button is down? how do i set it so that it plays the entire sample when i click it, and not have to hold the mouse button down? ::

hi, this is not an insert, it is an internal return track. an insert would ‘insert’ the effect into the signal chain. this plays the original audio unaffected and allows for ’sending’ to the return track. hope this helps

Is there any way to increase the release passed 60? I find if I have a 4-6 second loop assigned to a pad, it loses velocity/volume after 2-3 seconds…

Nice tip on the Multis. I didn’t know that assigning them all to the same trigger would group them together as a Multisample on the DrumRack. Now I know. I really appreciate your time!

im getting ableton live intro (intro for starting) in a week and im running the demo version on my pc as of now. for some reason drum rack comes up as a folder and i cant drag an empty one in. anyone have some ideas?

Very helpful! I’ve been using drum racks for a while but never knew you could group the internal tracks! Will save a lot of space and allow much more on one rack! thanks guys!
